1. What are research peptides?
Research peptides are synthetically produced chains of amino acids used in scientific and laboratory research. Peptidera products are intended solely for research purposes and not for human or animal consumption.

2. Who are the products intended for?
Peptidera supplies private and business customers aged 18 and over. All products are offered exclusively for lawful scientific and laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical use.

3. What does COA mean?
COA stands for Certificate of Analysis. This document contains available analysis results and product specifications for a specific batch.

4. Are all products tested externally?
For selected products and lot numbers, we publish available independent quality documentation. Not every product or batch currently has a public COA. You can see which reports are available in our COA library.

5. What information is included in a COA?
This varies by report. Open the relevant certificate of analysis to view the characteristics actually tested, the analytical methods used, and the results. We do not claim test components that are not listed in the report.

6. How are orders shipped?
Orders are processed from the Netherlands and carefully packaged. The available shipping method, costs, and estimated delivery time are shown during checkout. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

7. How should unopened research products be stored?
Follow the storage instructions on the relevant product page and product label. Protect the products from light, moisture, and significant temperature fluctuations. If you have questions about product specifications, contact Peptidera.

8. Can I return an order?
Please refer to our current refund policy. If a package is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at info@peptidera.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

9. Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods currently available are shown during checkout. An order is processed after payment has been confirmed.

10. Can you provide advice on use or dosage?
No. We do not provide advice on human or animal use, self-administration, or dosage. We can answer questions about product specifications, available quality documentation, and the scientific background of research compounds.
